Through the haze and murk I see hands reaching. Are they reaching for me? Why would they be reaching for me? They catch hold of me.
Try to pull me free but the dead weight is tugging me down. Why do they bother? Why not just let me go? The hands struggle and strain. Heave and haul. I am starting to come undone…
